Returns & Exchanges

At Narragansett Beer, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite lager; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
